The Pink Panther: Film with live orchestra

One of the greatest comedy films of all time with some of the most instantly recognisable music in motion picture, The Pink Panther, will be presented live to a UK audience for the first time at London’s Royal Festival Hall on Sunday 15 July, with its score – including the legendary saxophone solo in the titular theme - being performed by a full orchestra.

The 1964 classic stars Peter Sellers as the bumbling Inspector Jacques Clouseau on the hunt to catch a notorious jewel thief, on the hunt for a priceless diamond known as the ‘Pink Panther’. The film was also an introduction to the cartoon character of the same name, who is featured in the animated opening credits sequence.
